    Following its communications strategy to popularise NEPAD objectives, the NEPAD Secretariat together with the German development agency GTZ is hosting a Train the Trainer workshop for journalist/trainers from Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Swaziland and Tanzania.


    The objective of the workshop is to create an understanding of the potential and importance of training as a means to increase the quality and effectiveness of media organisations, and to develop the organisational and managerial vision needed for the media to reap the full benefit from their training activities.

    The course is being run by Deutsche Welle in Pretoria, South Africa.
